The SEALFAST™ Low-Pressure (L.P) pipe test plugs, featuring the double acting seal, are available in standard sizes ranging from 1/2 inch to 144 inches, and custom sizes upon request. These easy to install pipe test plugs have been used for isolation of piping systems during testing, repair and maintenance, for bypassing of damaged lines, and for isolation of piping systems during construction. The L.P pipe test plugs have received wide acceptance in many industrial applications including nuclear and hydro plants, chemical and petrochemical plants, water treatment plants and water and sewer lines. LP series pipe test plugs are rated for pressures to 15 PSIG in sizes through 48 inch diameter, 10 PSIG through 96 inch diameter, and application specific designs and ratings in diameters over 96 inches.


MP Pipe Test Plugs Information

The "SEALFAST™" Medium-Pressure (MP) pipe test plugs, featuring the double acting seal and locking lugs, are available in sizes ranging from 1/2 inch to 144 inches and are rated for pressures to 150 PSIG in sizes through 36 inch diameter, and application specific designs and ratings in sizes over 36 inch diameter. Applications have included testing, repair and maintenance of piping systems, including the bypass of damaged line sections for continued service.

HP Pipe Test Plugs Information

The "SEALFAST™" High-Pressure (HP) pipe test plugs are available in sizes through 60 inches with pressure ratings up to 5000 psig., depending on size. Test ports allow pressurizing of pipe or tubing through the pipe test plugs.
