Annular Seals

Designed to solve the problem of individually testing (LLRT) of containment penetrations (NRC information notice 92-20). These annular seals are of a split design allowing for installation over a pipe and into a sleeve which it passes through. This product seals against the process pipe allowing the annular space behind the annular seals to be pressure tested through a port on the seal.

Annular Seals Details:

• Inflatable annular seals are rated for 200 psig
• Sizes 4" through 144"
• The split housing design allows for installation over process pipe
• The test port allows for testing through the unit
• The annular seals are designed to seal penetrations that exhibit eccentric and/or oval configurations
• Light weight aluminum
• Reuseable
• Inflatable annular seals seal over welds, irregularity of pipeline/sleeve pipe
